Submission Guidelines

Abstract Requirements

  • Language: English
  • Length: 250–300 words
  • Include title, authors, affiliations, and corresponding email
  • Clearly state objective, methodology, key results, and conclusions
  • Include 3–5 keywords
  • Select the appropriate session and sub-session code
Review Model

Peer Review & Decision Logic

  • Double-blind review process
  • 2 independent reviewers per submission
  • Evaluation based on relevance, originality, scientific quality, and clarity
  • Possible outcomes: Oral / Poster / Minor Revision / Reject
  • Up to 3 submissions per author (different sub-sessions)
