Publication Workflow
Editorial chain:
Abstract Submission → Peer Review → Acceptance Decision → Paper Submission → Editorial Review → Proceedings Publication → DOI Assignment
Only papers that pass both the abstract peer review and the final editorial review are included in the proceedings and assigned a DOI. Authors retain copyright, while the conference receives publication rights through a standard license.
